Welcome to the Randwick City Council Fee Support application form, powered by SmartyGrants.

As part of the Community Investment Program, eligible applicants in Randwick City can apply for certain Council fees to be waived or discounted. 

Fees may be waived or discounted in connection with activities or projects that are not-for-profit and align with the objectives of the Community Connect or Community Creative streams. Please ensure you have reviewed the program guidelines prior to application, which can be found on the Randwick City Council website.

The grant covers hire fees only. Applicants must meet all standard conditions of hire and pay any additional charges, such as security bonds, key deposits and cancellation fees.

Fee waivers are not guaranteed for all eligible applicants. Applications are assessed according to their strength of alignment with the eligibility criteria and the available budget.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

You must have a quote for the venue, service or facility for which you are seeking Fee Support. If you have not yet received a quote, please contact the relevant team at Council before completing this application:

  • Randwick Community Centre: 9093 6200

  • Randwick Town Hall: 9093 6827
  • Library venues (meeting rooms & exhibition spaces): 9093 6400

SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

Once you have submitted your application, no further editing or uploading of support materials is possible.

You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submitted application attached. This will be sent to the email address you used to register.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, you should assume that your submission has NOT been received.
